Turnaround Times

Turnaround Times indicate how long it will take to complete production of your job: the amount of time from when your order is uploaded and approved, to when your order is finished production and is ready to ship or be picked up.

Published Turnaround Times are based on meeting the stated deadline for uploading artwork, based on your local time zone (Atlantic through Pacific Time Zones only). Orders uploaded and approved after the 10AM or 1PM deadline for the chosen Turnaround Time may require an additional day in production.

Once production wraps, it may take up to 1 business day for your order to ship or be available for pick-up.

SAME DAY TURNAROUND:

Artwork uploaded and approved by 10:00 AM Local Time on Day 1
Production completed by end of production Day 1, ready to ship or pick up no later than 9:00 AM on Day 2

Same Day Turnaround is only available on limited products and for quantities up to 500. We reserve the right to print Same Day orders on digital press equipment.

Please note, orders completed after 5:00 PM may not be available for pick-up until the following morning.

NEXT DAY TURNAROUND:

Artwork uploaded and approved by 10:00 AM Local Time on Day 1
Production completed and ready to ship / pick up by 5:00 PM on Day 2

2 DAY TURNAROUND:

Artwork uploaded and approved by 1:00 PM Local Time on Day 1
Production completed, ready to ship or pickup no later than 5:00 PM on Day 3 (second business day after upload)

2 - 4 Day Turnaround:

Artwork uploaded and approved by 1:00 PM Local Time on Day 1
Production completed, ready to ship or pickup no later than 5:00 PM on Day 4 (third business day after upload)

5 - 7 Day Turnaround:

Artwork uploaded and approved by 1:00 PM Local Time on Day 1
Production completed, ready to ship or pickup no later than 5:00 PM on Day 7 (sixth business day after upload)

PLEASE NOTE:

Choosing “Group Shipping” may increase your Turnaround Time by one day or more.
Booklets and Calendars will receive an electronic proof that must be approved before the printing. For these products, Turnaround Time begins when proof approval is received.
Once production wraps, it may take up to 1 business day for your order to ship.
For customer pickup orders, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready and available for pickup.
